These Terms govern your use of the Holis AI mobile application provided by Outlier Estates LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Holis AI. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Holis AI is free to download and use. Core features are available at no cost:

• Personalized supplement suggestions generated by AI
• Daily reminders and intake tracking
• Supplement schedule management
• Access to the supplement marketplace

Some features are limited on the free plan and are available in full with a Holis Premium subscription, including unlimited questions to the AI assistant, unlimited supplement label scanning and blood work analysis.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided by Holis AI, including any analysis of blood work or lab results you upload, is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen or acting on anything you see in the app. If you experience adverse reactions, seek medical attention.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your health profile
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Do not rely solely on the app for health decisions
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Only upload blood work or documents that belong to you

5. Prohibited Uses

• Violating laws or regulations
• Providing false or misleading information
• Reverse engineering or attempting to hack the app
• Sharing or reselling your account
• Transmitting malware or harmful code

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Holis AI is free to use. Holis Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription:

• Monthly plan: 2.49 USD per month, with a 3 day free trial
• Yearly plan: 24.99 USD per year
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends
• Manage or cancel on iOS: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions
• Purchases can be restored in the app using Restore Purchases
• Refunds follow Apple App Store policy

Cancelling Premium does not delete your account. You keep access to the free features.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain data while your account is active
• After cancellation we keep data for 30 days for potential reactivation
• After 30 days we permanently delete personal data
• You can delete your account from within the app, or request immediate deletion by emailing support

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any custom supplements, notes, photos or blood work documents you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display this content within your account so the app can function.

9. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by Outlier Estates LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlier Estates LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including issues arising from AI generated suggestions, blood work interpretation, data loss or service interruptions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
