We are here to help with your Holis AI account.
Download Holis AI from the App Store, answer a few questions about your goals, diet and lifestyle, and the app builds a supplement routine for you. Holis AI is free to download and use.
Building your stack, daily tracking, reminders, streaks and the marketplace are free. Holis Premium adds unlimited questions to the AI assistant, unlimited supplement label scanning and blood work analysis. Free plans include a limited number of AI questions, label scans and one blood work analysis each month.
Holis Premium is billed through your Apple ID. To change or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Holis AI. Cancelling keeps your account and your free features.
If you subscribed previously and are not seeing Premium, open the upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you originally used.
Open your profile and use the blood work card to upload a photo or scan of your panel. Holis AI reads the markers and relates them to your current stack. This is informational only and is not medical advice. You can delete any uploaded result at any time.
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, under Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. If you would rather we do it, email jake@outlierestates.com and we will remove everything.
If the app crashes, a supplement looks incorrect or a scan fails, email us with your device model and iOS version and we will look into it.
